Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and treatments at Tacitah Beauty, located at 16 Henderson Road, Warwick, CV34 5AQ. By booking a treatment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, by phone, or direct message.

  • Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking.

  • A confirmation will be sent via email or text. If you do not receive confirmation, please get in touch.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice will be charged the full amount.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits will be deducted from the final treatment cost.

  • Payment can be made via card, bank transfer, or cash at your appointment.

  • Tacitah Beauty reserves the right to cancel bookings where deposits are unpaid.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.

  • If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Health & Medical Conditions

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, illnesses, injuries, pregnancy, or relevant medical conditions prior to your appointment.

  • Some treatments may not be suitable depending on your health or medication.

  • Tacitah Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment if it may pose a risk to your health or safety.

6. Age Restrictions

  • Clients under 18 must have parental/guardian consent before any treatment.

  • Certain treatments (e.g. intimate waxing) are not available to anyone under 18.

7. Personal Belongings

  • While all care is taken, Tacitah Beauty is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your visit.

  • Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

​

8. Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed treatments.

  • If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

  • No refunds will be given for missed appointments or late cancellations.

9. Conduct & Behaviour

  • Tacitah Beauty provides a calm, respectful, and professional environment.

  • Aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service and future bookings.

  • We reserve the right to terminate any treatment if necessary.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

  • Health information is collected solely for the purpose of providing safe and effective treatments.

11. Right to Refuse Treatment

  • Tacitah Beauty reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of illness, hygiene concerns, contraindications, or client behaviour.

12. Changes to Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in services, pricing, or policies.

  • The latest version will always be available on our website.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
