A patch test is a quick procedure where a small amount of product is applied to your skin (usually behind the ear or on the inner arm) to check for any allergic reactions.

Some beauty products contain ingredients that may cause irritation or allergic responses. A patch test ensures the treatment is safe for you, helping us avoid redness, swelling, or discomfort.​

You will need a patch test for treatments such as:

• Lash lifts and tints

• Brow tints

• Any new colour-based or chemical product we haven’t used on you before

• Patch tests must be carried out at least 48 hours before your treatment.

• If you have not had the treatment with us in the past 6 months, or if your medical circumstances have changed, a new patch test is required.​

• If you experience redness, itching, swelling, or irritation during the 48 hours after your patch test, please contact us and do not proceed with the treatment.

• Patch tests are free of charge and take just a few minutes.
